We’re honored to share that Empowerment Advocate is partnering with local businesses and organizations to bring an MMIP Memorial to Anchorage by 2026. This memorial will serve as a sacred space for remembrance and healing — honoring Missing and Murdered Indigenous People and their families.
This is not just our project — it’s a community project. There will be many opportunities for community involvement and input throughout the process, and we want your voices to help shape this important space.
