  We stand with immigrant individuals and families as they navigate the challenges of the immigration system. Our advocates provide one-on-one support, connect clients with trusted legal resources, and offer accompaniment during court hearings, ICE check-ins, and other appointments. We help families prepare for emergencies such as detention or deportation, and support loved ones through detention-related needs like bond fundraising and commissary. We also provide community education on immigrant rights and help families safely share their stories to raise awareness. Our goal is to ensure dignity, safety, and empowerment for every immigrant we serve. 

Confidentiality & Safety Protections: All documentation and

communication is stored in HIPAA-compliant software.

The services of Empowerment Advocate are completely free.

• Individual Advocacy – One-on-one support for immigrants navigating complex systems.
   
• Legal Referrals & Resources – Connect individuals with trusted immigration attorneys and legal aid services.
   
• Court & Appointment Accompaniment – Provide support during immigration hearings, ICE check-ins, and related appointments.
   
• Detention Support – Assist families with commissary, bond fundraising, and communication with detained loved ones.  In addition, we maintain strong connections with contacts near detention facilities across the U.S. and collaborate closely with these organizations to help verify the location and facilitate communication with those who are detained.
   
• Public Awareness & Media Support – Support individuals and families in safely sharing their stories to raise awareness.
   
• Community Education – Offer workshops and presentations on immigrant rights and available protections.
   
• Crisis & Safety Planning – Develop plans for families in case of detention, deportation, or immigration raids.
